THE CHALLENGE
The previous website did not clearly support the business, and beyond the website, the brand had no digital presence at all.

Before redesigning the website, we analyzed how dentists evaluate radiology services and what helps them trust a provider. Beyond the website, the brand needed a social media strategy, a voice, a platform, and a consistent way to reach dental professionals.

We audited four platforms — Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube — to identify where dental professionals are most reachable and engaged. Based on the audience analysis, we selected LinkedIn as the primary channel for long-term audience growth.
We then built the foundation from scratch: brand voice, content strategy, visual style, and a consistent posting framework. To support a strong launch, we also aligned other key brand touchpoints — including Google Business Profile, Facebook, and Instagram — so the business would present itself consistently across every major platform.
