About the Client
Heavy Duty Truck Repair is a local truck repair service based in Homer Glen, Illinois. They work with owner-operators and fleets — clients for whom every hour of downtime means direct revenue loss. Their most valuable — and least visible — service was mobile repair: a truck breaks down on the highway, and a technician comes to the site within an hour.
Before we started, the business had a website, but it generated zero leads. They relied entirely on word-of-mouth. We began with a competitive analysis, reviewed local search demand, and identified exactly how customers in the area search for repair services.

THE CHALLENGE
The website existed — but it wasn't doing its job.
- Little to no consistent inbound inquiries
- Full reliance on word-of-mouth and occasional map searches
- No clear service structure — visitors didn't know where to go
- Mobile repair — the highest-value service — wasn't visible at all
- No presence in search for the queries customers actually use
- No foundation for growth or scaling to new locations
The result: customers who needed help right now were finding competitors instead.
WHAT WE BUILT
We built the business's entire online presence from scratch — a custom website with 40+ pages covering every service, truck type, and location, Google Business Profile, ad campaigns, and social media accounts across six platforms.
Every part was designed to work together: search brings in people actively looking, ads capture urgent requests, and social keeps the business visible between breakdowns.

DESIGN & BRANDING PROCESS
We started with the brand before touching the website. The visual identity needed to work for one specific audience — truck drivers and fleet managers who judge a shop by how professional it looks, not how creative it is. Clean, industrial, no-nonsense.
From there, we developed the site structure, mapping out every service and truck type before writing a single line of code. The goal was a site that scales: new cities, new services, new pages — without rebuilding the foundation.
THREE DECISIONS
THAT SHAPED THE RESULT
Mobile repair got its own page - and its own pitch
Most shops bury mobile service in a list. We gave it a dedicated page built around the specific moment a driver needs it: truck down, highway, no time to read. Clear ETA, service radius, and one button to call.
The result
#2 most visited page after the homepage
Mobile repair became a standalone lead path
Structure built for growth, not just launch
Every service and truck type got its own page — not for vanity, but because that's how search works. Each page is an independent entry point. Adding a new city or service doesn't require a rebuild.
Design made for the actual user
A truck driver with a breakdown doesn't browse — he scans. The site was built mobile-first, with the phone number visible at all times and zero friction between landing and calling.
The result
A site that feels instantly trustworthy and easy to use — for the exact people who land on it.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT DIRECTION
To keep the business visible beyond search, we launched branded profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads. The content direction was built around real shop life: actual repairs, real trucks, technicians at work, maintenance tips, and mobile repair highlights — no stock visuals. Each platform had a clear role: Facebook for local visibility and reviews, Instagram for visual storytelling, and LinkedIn for fleet and B2B credibility.

Tomas Labinskis
Owner, Heavy Duty Truck Repair
Before working with WPrime, we had no social presence and the phone wasn't ringing from the web. They built the site, launched our social media from scratch, and set up the whole digital presence the right way. Within a few months, we started getting inbound leads — fleet managers, owner-operators, people who found us online and called ready to bring a truck in. That didn't happen before.
