Free 24-Hour Local SEO Audit — What You’ll Get
A realistic, fast snapshot of your local search presence—delivered within 24 hours of intake. This is a focused Local SEO audit, not a generic checklist.
Who this is for
- Locations that suspect Google Business Profile (GBP) gaps, inconsistent NAP data, weak local pack visibility, or poor review signals.
- Teams that want a prioritized, actionable to-do list before investing in a full Local SEO engagement.
- Stakeholders who need a quick, credible read on local risk & opportunity.
What you’ll receive in 24 hours
A single, clearly written report (PDF/Doc), including:
- Executive summary (1 page): top risks, top wins, and expected local impact.
- Priority fixes (Top 10): what to fix, why it matters locally, and how to tackle it.
- Quick wins (5–10): low-effort changes that can lift local pack visibility fast.
- Google Business Profile audit: categories, services, description, photos, UTM links, attributes, products, posts, hours/holiday hours, messaging, Q&A health.
- NAP & citations snapshot: name/address/phone consistency across key directories and duplicates (sample-based).
- Local landing pages review (high level): content, internal linking, Core Web Vitals (mobile), local schema, map/embed usage.
- Local relevance & proximity signals: coverage in target cities/ZIPs and “near me” intent fit.
- Review & rating signals: volume/recency/velocity vs. top competitors; response cadence.
- Local spam/risk check: competitor spam (stuffed names), your listing compliance/suspension risk.
- Measurement setup: UTM standards for GBP links, call-tracking recommendations, conversion tracking sanity check.
- Impact × effort matrix: recommended order of work for your team.
Typical output surfaces 20–40 actionable findings suitable for immediate implementation.
What we need to start
- GBP link (public URL) and primary category (plus any secondary).
- Business name, address, phone (exact format to use everywhere).
- Service areas (cities/ZIPs) or store radius; number of locations included in this audit (up to ~5 within 24h).
- Top 3–5 local queries you care about (e.g., “dentist near me,” “roof repair Chicago”).
- Website domain and 3–5 key location/service pages.
- Optional but helpful: read-only access to GBP, Google Search Console, and GA4.
How the 24-hour window works
- When the clock starts
The 24-hour window begins only after we receive your complete intake and (if you choose to share it) read-only access. Complete intake = domain, GBP link, primary category, service areas/locations, top queries, 3–5 key pages, goals, and any constraints. If access arrives later, the 24-hour window starts when access is granted.
- Business hours & calendar
We work Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 CT (Chicago) and observe U.S. federal holidays. Requests outside business hours start the next business day at 9:00 CT.
- Rare delays (what could push delivery)
In unusual cases (e.g., GBP/GSC/GA4 outages, verification/suspension locks on GBP, WAF/CDN blocks preventing data collection, or force-majeure), we’ll notify you promptly, deliver core findings on time, and flag any items that need a short follow-up once systems/access recover.
Kickoff call (required): the 24-hour timer starts only after a 10–15 minute call to verify identity, align goals, and confirm scope/access.
What is out of scope
These require longer data collection, multi-location depth, or ongoing ops—doing them “halfway” in 24h risks incomplete or misleading guidance:
- Full citation building/cleanup or aggregator submissions.
- Review generation programs or outreach.
- Multi-location deep audits beyond ~5 locations in one pass.
- Large-grid rank tracking across many ZIPs (we provide a snapshot, not a citywide grid study).
- Link outreach/off-page, PR, or local partnerships.
- Content strategy and full copywriting for all location pages.
- Implementation and dev changes (we provide steps; execution can be scoped separately).
- Custom dashboards or long-form reporting beyond the items listed above.
Data sources & tools
- Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, GA4.
- PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse (mobile), CrUX (if available).
- Leading citation/checker tools and manual SERP/local pack reviews.
Assumptions & limitations
- One brand and up to ~5 locations included in the 24-hour pass (larger accounts can be sample-audited or phased).
- CrUX field data appears only when Google has enough traffic; otherwise we provide lab metrics.
- Findings are a snapshot, not an exhaustive, full-scale audit.
Deliverables & format
- One report (PDF or Google Doc) with screenshots, issue counts, and recommended fixes.
- Prioritized task list you can paste into your tracker (Jira/Trello/Asana formatting on request).
- Optional: 15-minute debrief call to walk through the highlights (scheduled after delivery).
Confidentiality
- Access is read-only and revoked after the audit.
- We can sign an NDA on request.
- Any local copies of your data are deleted within 14 days of delivery.
After the free audit
- You decide: run with the fixes internally, or ask us to scope implementation or a full Local SEO engagement.
- No pressure, no contract—this is meant to help you move forward fast.
